Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is very important to the Omaggio team. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If unable to keep this appointment, we kindly request 48-hour notice of cancellation. This way, our team of professionals may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do recognize that situations arise that are out of your control; we will do our best to work with you in cases of emergency, however, if it becomes a habit, last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to the full amount of the scheduled appointment. 

Gift Card Policy:

Gift Cards are good for all products and services. Cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or refunded. Omaggio Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards do not expire.

Payment Policy:

We accept credit cards, cash, and checks, but gratuities can only be accepted in cash or check. Thank you for your understanding
